As a Senior Product Manager, you will work together with Appway user experience designers, engineers, product marketing and go-to-market specialists to investigate, define and launch new enterprise applications for the financial businesses.


You will employ pre-packaged software products and Appway’s unique development approach based on data-driven interfaces to create pre-assembled applications, that are configurable to each customer’s specific needs. Your role will be to drive relevant product discovery, definition and validation activities, and ensure that the end result meets our excellence standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build in-depth understanding of our target customer segments in the financial services and define a clear product direction for your products.

  • Drive your products, from research, to value proposition, early concept, design, implementation, packaging, and pricing, roll-out, and communication while managing the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Gather business needs, conduct customer research and product discovery, and validate concepts with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Translate customer needs and business requirements into intuitive, elegant and technically sound applications, that are built based on Appway Technology and pre-fabricated software artifacts.

  • Optimise flows and the overall user experience, as well as the technical configuration experience of applications.

  • Communicate your high level thoughts with artefacts like user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, or interactive prototypes.

  • Drive alignment regarding strategy and roadmap, ensuring that they are understood and internalized by all.

  • Facilitate communication with other streams to ensure that all roadmaps and deliverables are aligned.

  • Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to deeply understand how your product is used, and what are pain points, needs and opportunities.

  • Promote the business value and experience of your products for both end users and developers, to business and technical buyers.

  • Communicate incessantly inside and outside the organization, explaining the whys.

  • Work closely with product marketing to create marketing collaterals, release communication and campaigns for your products.



  • 5-7 years previous experience as a Product Manager for B2B enterprise software. Preferably, in depth knowledge of the financial services industry.

  • Experience working with customers in a product management environment.

  • Demonstratable experience in partnering effectively with product designers to shape products that deliver value for both users and the business.

  • Ability to employ complex product discovery techniques to get a detailed understanding of customer behaviors and needs.

  • Ability to independently design, organize, conduct, summarize, analyze, and derive insights from customer interviews.

  • Understanding of fundamental design and human interaction principles. Ideally, a flair for visual design and layout principles.

  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and core concepts, or ability to quickly understand technical topics.

  • Knowledge of frontend development and technologies.

  • Business acumen.

  • Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Expert command of English; any other language is an asset.
