We are currently looking for an experienced, high-energy, driven Enterprise Account Executive with a strong knowledge of technology in Financial Services. The Enterprise Account Executive will drive and generate new business and sales revenue, both within prospect enterprise accounts and a small number of existing enterprise accounts.

  • You also have experience navigating through complex organizations and selling to multiple decision makers, including senior management


Main Responsibilities

  • Develop a sales strategy in the assigned enterprise prospects and customers
  • Tailoring the Appway value proposition to prospects based on in-depth research of specific business conditions and drivers
  • Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity closure
  • Be the orchestrator and facilitator of different teams and individuals at Appway, partners as well as prospects and accounts to get the job done
  • Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future digitization road map to drive Appway solutions within individual businesses
  • Evangelize the Appway belief and vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives
  • Sell to C-Level across business, operations and technology using a consultative and highly collaborative solution sales approach
  • Create strategic account plans and coordinate with all functional areas within the client and Appway to successfully identify and drive sales activities and ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Execute, and together with the account team, facilitate on the account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential
  • Build and maintaining relationships with key executives and decision makers



  • 5-10 years of sales experience gained within enterprise software organisations (managing multi-million dollar deals)
  • New business sales focus
  • Ability to articulate the value of solutions to prospects and customers and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity
  • Commercially astute, experienced in developing business case and ROI together with customer’s personnel
  • Ability to understand the “bigger picture” and the business drivers
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of both prospect and customer organizations including C-Level and internally across multiple businesses
  • Demonstrable track record in the financial services industry, particularly with focus on internal digitization such as productivity, collaboration and efficiency, as well as external digitization such as digital touchpoints, customer experience and revenue creation.
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to travel to client locations
