About this role:

We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive new business growth in the North America territory. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will play a key role in creating and executing demand generation campaigns mainly through digital channels and managing account-based marketing initiatives with the goal of building the sales pipeline. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance and reporting on results.

The ideal candidate is a modern marketer that has demonstrated experience working with sales & customer success teams in driving pipeline and revenue.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Marketing Demand Generation Strategy for the NA region. Objective: build the sales pipeline in the region.  
  • Design of a wide variety of lead generation campaigns together with the digital team and other Appway sales and marketing colleagues.
  • Organize and implement account-based marketing initiatives in coordination with cross-departmental teams in project management. 
  • Concept and oversee all types of regional events and webinars budget tracking, sales briefings, and participant management, including speaker, partner, and influencer recruitment, as well as moderation. 
  • Build and manage the relationships with regional media, influencers, and partners. 
  • Brief for the content on website, regionally specific content pieces. 
  • In collaboration with solution marketing identify regional industry trends, competitors in the market as well as new lead generation opportunities. 
  • Track, measure, and report marketing activity results and own all leads for the region in the nurturing stage. 
  • Measurement KPI: regional demand generation pipeline Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and conversion rates to Sales Accepted Leads 



  • At least 5 years of professional experience in demand generation/ field marketing and B2B Marketing with proven success is a “must have”. 
  • Good understanding of how digital marketing drives demand.
  • Good understanding of the needs of companies in the enterprise segment or particularly FSI.
  • Able to draw conclusions from data and read the reports. 
  • Ability to travel within US and Canada, but not too frequently.
  • Ability to convince, with a confident and friendly appearance, taking a result-oriented and proactive approach to tasks.  
  • Having strengths in communication and cooperation with cross-functional teams. 
  • Having strengths in project coordination and time management when working on different tasks at the same time. Able to maintain an overview even with a high workload. Hands-on mentality is key for you!
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a similar field.


Nice to haves:

  • Experience in Software/SaaS companies and or Financial Services Businesses is a significant advantage. 
  • Experienced working with marketing automation tools, especially Pardot
