About this role:

We are looking for a superstar partner for our amazing sales team in North America, able to present our product offerings, agile architecture and Appway’s vision in the best light to prospects and customers.

To accomplish this, you need to have a solid grasp on financial services industry, technical and sales skills, develop an ability to discover business requirements, shape up a coherent technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate our platform to address these requirements, underpinned by strong value selling principles.

  • Evangelize Appway’s value to customers, fluidly moving through the Features – Benefits – Value framework
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver complex workshops to showcase the Appway solutions
  • Partner with the account team to pre-shape the commercial narrative early in the sales cycle
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to understand and define the customer’s business and technical requirements
  • Guide our prospects and customers to develop a vision for their future on Appway’s platform for both short and long-term goals
  • Act as a focal point for our technical sales strategy, a trusted internal partner to the account team
  • Lead RFx processes to completion



  • Proven 3+ years’ enterprise software presales experience to Financial Services such as banking, wealth management, or capital markets
  • Hands-on consultative solution sales approach on enterprise software, preferably in area of business process management
  • Proven record conducting hands on demonstrations with multi modular complex software solutions that support different financial lifecycle workflows for front, middle back office and compliance
  • At ease working with disperse teams across multiple disciplines (product marketing, product teams, engineering, and customer success teams)
  • A strong practitioner of the Value Selling principles
  • Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Business fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel


Nice To Haves:

  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to understand solution and technical architectures within the enterprise-level design principles
