As a Solutions Consultant you can help to excel Appway’s market position geographically as a technically grounded yet sales-minded individual. 


We are looking for a creative, passionate, and well-rounded Solutions Consultant to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be client-facing, technical and business experienced in pre-sales, consulting, technical enablement, and software application development.  

As a Solutions Consultant at Appway, you will team up with Account Executives and together form successful relationships with clients and prospects to provide measurable business outcomes as well as technical value.

  • You have a history of accountability for delivering convincing value proposition for enterprise clients, securing buy-in of senior business and technical decision makers  

  • You have strong domain knowledge and presentation skills, especially in the area of complex software systems to drive digital transformation programs in the financial services space  

  • You have a product-oriented mindset, you are customer-focused and a great team player who loves to collaborate across-multiple departments  


Main Responsibilities:  

  • You will partner up with Account Executives to achieve defined sales targets by securing positive decisions of prospective clients through outstanding value proposition  

  • Present technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to business and IT decision makers  

  • Influence and consult our prospects by combining strong Financial Services domain expertise with outstanding product knowledge, functional demonstrations and methodology presentations. 

  • Drive, contribute and facilitate delivery of RFIs, RFPs, and POCs  

  • Represent Appway’s products to customers, and prospects at events such as conferences, summits, seminars, etc. 

  • Provide bold thought leadership to improve Appway’s offering and positioning  



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management or equivalent  

  • 5+ years of consultative Pre-Sales/Sales experience in mid-size to large organizations in the financial services industry, preferably in the area of account opening, KYC, client lifecycle management, regulatory & compliance, front to back workflow, or Pre-digital transformation  

  • 3+ years of experience in defining solutions, preferably in around process automation, workflows, and BPM, case management  

  • Willingness to travel to client locations across the United States and Canada
